Welcome to Mrs. McElvey's website! I am Sandy McElvey and I am the gifted teacher for Cleveland Elementary, Locust Fork Elementary and Southeastern Elementary located in Blount County, Alabama. I live near Oneonta with my husband and three children Jessica, Andrew, and Aubrey. I have taught with the Blount County schools for 24 years in Kindergarten and Second grade. I have a bachelors of Science degree, a Masters degree and I am Nationally Board Certified in Early Childhood Education.
